Return Policy

Any order purchased from GPSPursuit Inc. may be cancelled prior to shipment with a processing and restocking fee of 20 % of the total purchase price. This is to defray from the cost of processing and handling.

Due to the type of equipment sold, some purchasers' needs are to use this equipment only once or for a very short period of time, FOR EXAMPLE, to locate the location of a loved one who they believe may be having an extramarital affair. For this reason, our equipment may only be returned for warranty or out of warranty repair work. All units are inspected, tested and in perfect working order when shipped. Your total and complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted if damage occurs during shipment and is duly noted in writing by the carrier. If shipping box is damaged upon delivery, make sure driver is told and you get verification in writing by the driver before he leaves.

Requests to return units damaged in shipping must be obtained from GPSPursuit Inc. within 4 days of the customer taking delivery of the products.

Should the unit not be satisfactory and GPSPursuit Inc. deems it appropriate, it may be returned within 7 days from taking delivery. However, a restocking fee of 30% of the unit price and fixed costs fees will be incurred or it may be considered a weekly rental at the rental prescribed costs.

Payment Policy

Preferred form of payment is Visa or Master Card
Cost of units for orders of 1 - 3 due before shipping.
Deposit of 20% for unit order of 4 or more due before shipping. Balance due on receipt of invoice.
Cost for monthly services is due net 30 days from invoice date.
Cost for additional ping purchase is due when order is executed.

Suspension Policy

Every attempt will be made to notify you if your account is in arrears, by Email and or telephone.
If your account is overdue by 30 days your access to the iPursuit application will be suspended. A reactivation fee of $40 per unit will be applied if payment is received within 15 days otherwise the unit will be permanently deactivated. Data accumulated in our system will then be deleted.
