GPSPursuit Inc. is expanding its nation wide distribution and resellers program.

Two business models:

Distributor - Your company will have the right to sell the Lasso family of tracking units and service plans under GPSPursuit's branding.
Qualified distributors will work with GPSPursuit as an outside sales representative. A sales commission will be paid for each unit sold.
GPSPursuit will provide the distributor, marketing materials, manuals and guides. GPSPursuit will set-up each new customer and their units with access to the iPursuit internet application software. GPSPursuit will also do all billing administration and provide technical support for each customer.

Reseller - Your company, will have the rights to sell the Lasso family of tracking units plus your clients, through your own web site interface, will have access to the iPursuit web application. GPSPursuit will provide your web site with a link to the iPursuit application and your logo on the application.
Qualified resellers will be required to invest $2,000 for a start-up kit which will include a Lasso TT tracking unit, 500 pings, marketing materials, manuals and guides, set-up and access to the iPursuit internet application software.
