Information you will need when contacting Technical Support

Please provide the following information when making contact with Technical Support:

  • product name and model number and the serial number if applicable located on the back of the unit
  • date and location where product was bought
  • detailed description of the problem
  • can the problem be duplicated

How do I return the Lasso unit?

No COD packages will we accepted unless the sender has a RMA number and has followed the instructions Emailed to them on how to return units.

Should our Technical team determine that the Lasso unit needs to be replaced, you have two options:
1) If the product was purchased within 30 days of you sales receipt, you may return the unit for exchange at the original purchase location.
2) After 30 days from the Lasso unit's purchase date, you must return the defective product to GPSPursuit for repair or exchange.

The following information is required when returnning a product to us:

  • Unit Model name
  • Model number
  • Serial number
  • Date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase
  • Your return shipping address
  • Details of the problem

Note: GPSPursuit reserves the right to charge for return shipping and handling charges on any unit returned found to be fully operational

Shipping the Lasso unit back.

GPSPursuit will have no liability with respect to data lost or data recovery.

Please read the following shipping instructions carefully. Products that arrive damaged in shipment, without appropriate warranty information, will be returned to you non-repaired. Products damaged through neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment, will void the warranty and be returned to you non-repaired. Any alteration to the product (i.e., removal, damage, or tampering of labels or seals, defacement of the product or abuse) will void the warranty and be returned to you non-repaired. Do not send proof of purchase or payment separately from product return.

In-warranty returns: include proof of purchase inside the box along with the defective product with an explanation of the problem and be sure to also include all necessary information.

Out-of-warranty returns: include full payment (check or money order) inside the box along with the defective Lasso unit.

Packaging Your Return

1) Pack the Lasso unit in its original shipping carton if possible. If the original shipping materials are not available, then pack the unit in a shipping carton large enough to accommodate both the unit and at adequate packing material on all sides. Ship the Lasso unit freight prepaid and insured to avoid liability for loss or damage.
2) Seal the carton using adhesive backed tape. Make sure all carton edges are sealed also to prevent any tearing.
