Hardware
GPS Pursuit will provide one Lasso TT per rental agreement complete with batteries which has been tested and verified that the unit is functioning correctly before shipping. The unit will be programmed to report vehicle motion at 15 minute intervals when the vehicle is moving, and stopped position reports when the vehicle parks.
iPursuit Web Application
Renters will be provided with a user name and password assigned to them by GPSPursuit at the time of their rental. Renters are responsible for monitoring position reports and historical tracking information solely on their own. Renters are responsible for backing up or printing hard copies of their rental units' data either throughout the rental term or at the end of the rental term. GPSPursuit will not maintain the historical data from renters' units after the rental term has expired.
Pricing and Payment

- Payment will be secured by GPSPursuit with a valid Visa or MasterCard. An initial $500 dollar credit will be applied to the card before the unit is shipped. At the end of the rental term any monies owed will be returned to the cardholders account. In the event that the rental period costs exceeds $500.00, additional payments from the cardholders' credit card will be processed weekly at the weekly rental rate.
Shipping and Handling
- The renter is responsible for shipping and handling of the unit to and from GPSPursuit and will be billed in accordance with the current posted FedEx rate and schedule.
- Rental days do not include the day the unit is shipped or the days the unit is returned to GPSPursuit however, days in transit to and from the customer are included in the rental period
- Shipment to the customer will be via FedEx International Economy which will reach most destinations within 2 business days.
- Return shipment method of the equipment to GPSPursuit is at the renter's discretion and expense. Return shipping labels bearing GPSPursuits address will be provided at the time of rental.
- All units must have the battery pack removed during shipping, failure to do so will result in a $25.00 surcharge.
